WearSence reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Products & Availability
All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, pricing, and images; however, minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. WearSence reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional cash handling fee may apply.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
An order is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. WearSence reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded as per our refund policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Estimated delivery timelines vary based on location and courier partner operations. While we strive to meet stated timelines, delays due to external factors are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Reverse pickup is not currently available, and customers are required to self-ship returned items. Returned products must meet eligibility criteria to be accepted.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, text, and graphics, is the property of WearSence and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
WearSence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the order placed.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
