All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery timelines typically range between 2–5 business days within Chennai and 5–7 business days outside Chennai, calculated from the date of dispatch. Shipping is free for prepaid orders, while Cash on Delivery (COD) orders attract a ₹100 cash handling fee, which is non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations. Tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
At present, reverse pickup is not available. Customers are required to self-ship returned items to our designated return address, and the responsibility for return shipping rests with the customer.
